Employees and representatives should avoid circumstances where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with their responsibilities to North Bridge BPO or its clients.
Potential conflicts should be disclosed to management as soon as reasonably possible.
Examples may include undisclosed financial interests, improper relationships with vendors, misuse of confidential information, or personal activities that materially interfere with professional responsibilities.
