Users of North Bridge BPO systems, networks, devices, communication platforms, and other business resources are expected to use those resources responsibly and for authorised purposes.
Prohibited activities may include:
Unauthorised access to systems
Attempting to bypass security controls
Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information
Introducing malicious software
Misuse of company systems
Unauthorised copying of proprietary information
Fraudulent activity
Harassment or abusive conduct
Activities that violate applicable law
Activities that could compromise client or company security
Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of access, termination of employment or engagement, contractual remedies, and/or reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
